On April 3rd 2017 Ms Benita Rufus-Gassi received the Humanitarian Medal & Certificate of Honor from the City of Dover presented to Ms Benita by Mayor Robin Christiansen for all the great work she has done for the city! From Clothing, Food & Toy drives to Charity events like Stop the Violence to Christmas give backs to the whole family! t

Benita has been doing hair since she was 11 yrs old and has never stopped! This is her passion! She has owned BWOB (Benita's World Of Beauty Unisex Salon llc.) since 1998 to the present! over 20 years!! Ms Benita is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist who has taught seminars on hair at PolyTec High School and also Taught at her salon where she has done Apprenticeships for several men and women! She loves to share her knowledge with the world!

On April 7th 2017 Ms Benita Received her Doctorate in Theology! Ms Benita and 19 other contestants were chosen for a special program where they would receive an Honorary Doctorate in Theology! The Bible School was called Anointed By God Ministries little did the class know that they would be the 1st class to receive accreditation and we made it in our local news paper!! Ms Benita Started her Non-Profit Organization shortly after. Ms Benita"s Community Closet helped so many people across the board!!
