Besides hosting The Ms. Benita Show weekly, Ms Benita has been in the Salon  Business for over 20yrs!!  at the age of 23 Ms Benita Named and Managed her 1st salon called BEAUTY WORLD than at the age of 27 she owned her 1st Salon BWOB!! Ms Benita has a program called The BWOB Apprenticeship Program it is there to help any interested participants that would like to obtain their Cosmetology License! BOWB"s 1st location was 415 W, Loockerman St. Dover De 19901 than Next where she expanded her business was 680-1 Forest St. Dover De 19904 Where she had a 2 story building. In the building was down stairs: Waiting area & Receptionist, Snacks & Drinks for sale, Beauty Salon with private suits, Nail Salon, Barber Shop, Break Room, Playroom for the kids & Bathroom handicap accessible. Upstairs: Multipurpose Room/ Party Room, Beauty Supply Store, Massage room, Community Closet, Cafeteria, Lounge area for meetings Full Kitchen, full bathroom with Shower & Walk in storage Room! Than June 17th 2017 Ms Benita Opened BWOB II at 16953 South DuPont Highway Harrington De 19952. Ms Benita has closed both locations the 1st location closed due to the building being old it had to be torn down for black mold in 2018. BWOB II closed because Ms Benita Travels with the show so much she closed the location and only does hair by appointment only. Ms Benita Received the Humanitarian Award & Medal Of Honor by The City Of Dover Presented by Mayor Robin Christiansen for her many community programs! the high school diploma program,   Pardoned or Expunged Program, Apprenticeship Program, Internship Program, Community Closet Program & More!!
